$225.00 per camper for groups over 16. $240.00 per camper for groups 12-15 $250.00 per camper for groups 8-11. For groups under 12 in number, we reserve the right to add individuals or groups to join your group. If that takes place you will be charged at the lower rate. $500.00 deposit is required to hold your reservation. This money will be applied toward your total cost. It is fully refundable as long as your vacancy can be filled. Six months prior to your arrival date, 50 percent of the total balance is due for your group. This too is fully refundable as long as your vacancy can be filled. 60 days prior to your arrival date, the balance of the total bill is due. After that date you will be able to add or subtract, as long as your group remains over 16. If you drop into different price structure, that is what you will owe. All payments are non-refundable from that date if your entire group cancels. |

$30.00 per night/person 15 person minimum each meal is $7.00 per person price includes all
transportation to the island and use of waterfront during designated times.
