As Christianity heads into the twenty-first Century, society's accepted values, ethics, and political views continue to erode away at the religious foundation this country was built on. Grand Lake Christian Retreat Center is dedicated to equip the youth of today with Christian centered skills that are necessary to move into this secular society and position themselves to make an impact. Through this generation of servant leaders, they can shape their future and culture for Jesus Christ.

The purpose of Grand Lake Christian Retreat Center is to provide a place for young adults to receive scripture based instruction on leadership, with time to reflect, explore, and recognize how God is actively working in their lives. We also spend part of our time serving others in the communities of Presque Isle, Rogers City and Alpena

Grand Lake Christian Retreat Center is operated as an IR 501 (c) 3, non-profit, tax exempt corporation. Our proceeds are pledged to local (Alpena and Rogers City) high school students in the form of college scholarships. We also provide funds for short term mission projects in the United States and around the world.  These scholarships are awarded based on need, merit, and involvement in community service.
